Scoutmaster's Rank Advancement Conference can generally be held during any Troop meeting, but should be requested in advance.
Board of Review is scheduled each month, usually corresponding to the Committee Meeting Schedule, as shown on the calendar. A Board of Review evaluates Rank Advancements and Eagle Project proposals.
SCOUT SPIRIT and PARTICIPATION are requirements for Rank Advancement, including Scout attendance and participation in at least 50% of scheduled Troop Meetings and Outings.

Scouts must review the Merit Badge Requirements with a qualified Merit Badge Councelor prior to beginning work on the Merit Badge.
Merit Badge Review may be scheduled by the Scout prior to any weekly Troop Meeting. A qualified Merit Badge Councelor must review and approve your materials prior to submittal for the award.
Scouting is fun for the Adult Leaders, too, but mostly they are in this to help you achieve your potential. The Soutmaster, Assistant Scoutmasters and members of the Troop Committee are always available to discuss your goals, progress, difficulties and path forward in Scouting (or anything else, for that matter). There are also certain times set aside for "formal" conferences:
